Yeoncheon Miracle, an independent baseball team, announced, “We will hold an open player selection tryout for 2024 at Seongok Baseball Park located in Yeoncheon on Monday, October 9.”

Applicants who wish to participate can apply on the Yeoncheon Miracle website until October 5, and applicants will undergo a practical ability test and interview for each position before the final selection of players is planned. The number of people selected is 20.
Those eligible for support are ① former professional players, ② amateur players from domestic high schools and universities (including those scheduled to graduate and dropouts), ③ graduates from independent leagues and overseas schools at home and abroad, and ④ ordinary people with excellent skills. Due to the abolition of the membership fee (room and board) system, We hope that excellent players will join the team and challenge themselves as professionals in a stable environment.
In particular, this tryout will give preference to applicants for left-handed pitcher, catcher, and shortstop positions, candidates for the “2025 KBO Rookie Draft” to be held in the second half of 2024, and young players born in 2004 or younger.
Players selected through tryouts will join the existing squad and participate in final training, and can participate in the KBSA Division 1 league held in the second half of the year.
